Our Strength and Mobility classes are taught by a TPI-certified doctor of physical therapy. The training includes specific drills designed for golf and used by PGA pros. The training and exercises will improve your overall flexibility, mobility, and strength for your golf game and beyond.
All fitness levels are welcome—this program is for vacation golfers, casual members who play several times a month, competitive golfers and pros. We customize your training to your needs.
